Pillow: Sleep Tracker App Reviews

Not so good with Apple Watch

It worked great when using just my phone under my pillow. I was able to see the graphs the next day. But when using my Apple Watch, no graphs appear, therefore I cant see how good or bad I slept only how long I was in bed for.

Works perfectly

Using it with Apple Watch. No issues starting or syncing. Getting reasonable data. Takes a few minutes to learn but good support articles built in. I like it better than Sleep++ for ease of seeing sleep cycles.

Sync issues

I use the Apple Watch side of this app and am satisfied with what it offers. However, like many other reviews state, I have extreme difficulty in running the full version, both on iPhone and Watch working in unison. I follow all instructions and only sometimes get them to connect. Ill just use the Watch until the issue is resolved in an update or I find a better app.

Its good

So Ive had the paid version of the app for over a month now and I use it everyday. It provides good insight for the noises I make throughout the night and all the tossing and turning that I do. My only problem is the suggested times I should be going to bed. I work third shift on the weekends and average 3-4 hours of sleep on those days. It doesnt really account for you weekday hours and weekend hours being different. Im sure i am a rare case with hours like that but if your slee schedule is changing then dont expect this app to help you determine how to sleep better. Itll help you figure out the quality of sleep you are getting but thats it. It has given me good information about my sleep throughout the night and had given me an ability to try to improve my nights sleep.

Get Sleep Cycle Instead

This is decent app if one spends money, otherwise its bad. Try sleep cycle app instead its free and all of the features work better. Or buy resmed for money spenders.

Randomly while Im asleep, random times

I love the app. The only problem is that maybe 3 times out of ten, I wake up In the morning after having set Pillow to wake me, to my iPhones homes screen, and Pillow has crashed sometime in the night and all my data for that night is lost. Who else has this issue. Lets get the hard working developers to fix this bug for us! :)

Okay

I like Pillows features and simplicity, but unless it was the very last app you used before you went to sleep, it usually doesnt wake you up. Huge bummer there.

Not happy with it and will not buy

I cant give a good review because I have not bought the full version and without buying the full version you cant really do anything with it. You can set the alarm to wake you at just the right time during your sleep, look at information gathered, and see that you have recordings. But, unless you buy the full version, you cannot listen to the recordings, or do anything else. That is why I will not buy it. I gave it ⭐️⭐️ because it does wake you at the right time for waking up, so you wake up feeling better.

It wont let me access prior nights

You want $4.99 to let me access prior nights? This is ridiculous. It wouldnt let me access last nights information. This tactic goes way to far. Just to get a person to pay for the app. I cant access the night before. One single night, and I cant even look at it. This is why I gave you 2 stars. I also found out that you wont let me access the sound files. I wanted to know if they were better then SleepBot. Ive already invested in 2 sleep tracking apps $1.99 each last year. By the time I discovered one of them didnt function as advertised, it was to late for a refund. SleepBot is ok but it doesnt put its info into the Apple Health App. Sleep Cycle Alarm clock doesnt record sound. SleepBot records in spurts. I wasnt impressed with that either. I dont have lots of $ to gamble with. Just too see if yours is you claim it is. At a $1.99 a pop, Sleep Time+ and Sleep Cycle Alarm Clock was all The disappointment Im gonna take.

Not Working

Trying to use phone and Apple Watch. Watch says to check fitness tracking. The instructions are wrong in how to find it. But its on, and still wont run.

U

Hate the Alarm

Educational

It has been great to see my sleep patterns

Great app

I give this app a solid 5/5 stars. It works great tracking my sleep patterns and giving me tips on how I can improve my sleep habits. Im sleeping far better and my days are more productive.

Please improve Apple Watch more

Thanks

Cool

Cool app wish all features would come free

Fix the sync issues already

We are all telling you its not working, what are you waiting for? I just deleted 4 nights in a row because the data will not sync to the phone from my watch. Also, I chose sleep and alarm only, but every night I have 100 recordings. Its time for an update!!

Love it!

I love how it helps me fall asleep and it even makes your phone charged completely when its on the charger, but still on all night. It also tells you how many hours you have left to sleep and the time, as well as giving you your sleep info. You should get the app!

Terrible about communicating with Apple Watch

I like this app. I really have no issue other than it just will not sync up with my watch consistently.

Fix it.

This may just be my first review. After 3 accounts of the alarm not going off and making me late for work, Ive had enough. Everything used to work without a hitch, but now it seems like its hit or miss whether its intended function will work or not. Save the money, use something else

I like it.

I havent had any problems with the app and Ive used it for almost three weeks, though not consecutively. I tried two other similar apps in the intervening weeks & have decided to go back to Pillow. It syncs to other apps I use such as the health app. I also like that it offers a watch app. Ive only used it once though. I like the variety of alarms it offers as well as the various sounds to help you fall asleep.
